Mental Health Support Team

From an early age, I watched my parents dedicate themselves to helping others, and it inspired me to do the same. Although I was a young adult, I didn’t realize how much I needed to help myself — to practice self-compassion, self-advocacy, and self-love, so that I could be most effective for myself AND others.

Much of my life, I often felt socially awkward and out of place. I loved deep conversations, but most people didn’t have the time or space for them. I grew tired of talking to friends and family and still not feeling truly understood, or sensing their perspectives were biased. Eventually, I decided to see a therapist — someone neutral, trained, and paid to listen, who could help me better understand myself and others. At first, I was scared of being judged and hesitant to be completely honest, but I was desperate for clarity and support. Seeking therapy became one of the bravest decisions I’ve made, and the first step toward real healing and self-discovery.

Therapy helped me see how much of my life had been shaped by codependency — believing that putting others first was my duty while neglecting my own needs. A single question from my therapist — “Do you believe God sent you here to save others? If so, what was the purpose of Jesus?” — sparked a series of epiphanies that transformed how I viewed myself, my faith, and my purpose. I realized that in trying to be everything for everyone else, I had abandoned myself.

Today, as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 17 years of experience, I bring both professional expertise and personal insight to every session. I am deeply committed to lifelong learning and purposeful collaboration with those I serve. Utilizing, EMDR, CBT, Mindfulness, and other effective clinical approaches, I help clients uncover their own “aha moments” — those sparks of clarity that lead to healing and growth.

I founded Epiphany Bloom Therapy & Consulting Services to create a space where healing, growth, and clarity can truly take root. Just like flowers bloom in and out of seasons, breakthroughs happen when we allow ourselves to look inward with honesty and compassion. Here at Epiphany Bloom, your story and your voice matter, and I’m honored to walk alongside you as you find the clarity and growth you deserve.

Outside of Work …

Outside of my work as a therapist, I value time with my children and family, and I’m a proud dog mom to four CavaPoodles. I enjoy reading, exploring all things retro, and expressing myself through painting and other creative outlets. I’m naturally curious and love learning from different perspectives—something that not only enriches my own life, but also helps me show up with empathy, openness, and care in the work I do with my clients.
