Are you seeing clients in person?
I currently have a telehealth-only practice and see clients in Virginia and North Carolina through a secure video platform. I plan to eventually offer a hybrid option (both in-person and remote sessions). Stay tuned for updates!
Do you take commercial insurance?
Yes, I do accept some commercial insurance plans and MCO plans. Before starting services, you will need to confirm with your insurance provider that telehealth sessions are covered under your plan and inquire about your co-pay. My billing specialist will handle the rest.

Group/Family Therapy: $150 per 50-minute session
Payment is due prior to or at the start of each session.
How often will I see you?
Most clients are seen once per week, but depending on your needs, sessions may be bi-weekly or monthly. Consistent sessions create the best path for sustainable progress.
How will I know if you’re the right therapist for me?
Finding the right therapist is an important step. Beyond practical details like scheduling, insurance, and fees, it’s also about fit—my training, approach, and the overall connection you feel. The first sessions are a great time to explore this, and we’ll check in together about how it feels.
